Milan tegola: Leao, injury and change after 10′
Milan trembles for Rafael Leao: the Portuguese striker was forced to leave the field after just 10 minutes of the league match at San Siro against Lazio.
The player suffered a muscle problem that will be evaluated in the next few hours: after trying to stay on the pitch, Leao opted for a change, ahead of the Champions League derby scheduled against Inter this week. Stefano Pioli is crossing his fingers.
In Leao’s place came Saelemaekers: now the Portuguese national will undergo some tests that will determine the extent of the problem.
