Carlos Alcaraz is already ready for the Internazionali d’Italia
Fresh off his success in the Madrid Masters 1000, beating surprise Struff in the final, Carlos Alcaraz already has his mind set on the Internazionali d’Italia scheduled for May 10-21 in Rome, a tournament he will face for the first time in his career.
“I’ve never played at the Internazionali d’Italia, it will be my first time in Rome,” the Murcian athlete told a press conference. “Last year I was forced to forfeit, but this is a tournament I’ve dreamed of playing since I was a child and I’m looking forward to savoring the atmosphere.
“It will be nice to play in front of the Italian public,” Alcaraz added, “I will definitely enjoy it.
