German Denis, former Napoli, Udinese and Atalanta, says goodbye to soccer played

German Denis, a 41-year-old Argentine striker, has announced his retirement from playing soccer after reaching safety in Serie D with his Real Calepina team. He played in Serie A from 2008 to February 2016 with Napoli, Udinese and Atalanta, totaling 241 games and 73 goals, but he also played for Catania in Serie C1 for one and a half seasons from January 2002 to 2003 and for Reggina from 2019 to last year, first in Serie C and then in Serie B.
