Pecco Bagnaia, exams detect a fracture: “But at Mugello I will be there”
Fractured talus for Pecco Bagnaia
Pecco Bagnaia has announced on his social channels that he has suffered a fracture of the talus after his accident in Le Mans. However, the knockout, according to the indications given by the Ducati rider himself, should not affect his participation in the Italian Grand Prix to be held in the second weekend of June.
“When I came back from Le Mans I kept feeling pain in my right ankle,” Bagnaia wrote in an Instagram story posted Sunday, “I decided to undergo more detailed examinations at the Misano medical center, which revealed an incomplete fracture in the talus. This will not affect my participation in the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello in three weeks. During this break I will work to arrive at 100 percent for my home GP.”
