Juventus: 10 penalty points
The Federal Court of Appeal has again sanctioned Juventus for the capital gains case: 10 penalty points for the Bianconeri, one less than what the federal prosecutor’s office had requested.
“The Court also acquitted from the ascribed charges Messrs. Pavel Nedved, Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano,” the ruling reads.
