The Azzurrini’s adventure in Argentina opens at its best
Applaudable start for Italy U20 at the World Cup being held in Argentina. The national team led by Nunziata, making its debut in the rainbow tournament, managed the feat of beating Brazil. The match ended on a score of 3-2 for the Azzurrini.
Although lacking prominent players such as Miretti, Gnonto and Scalvini, the Azzurrini surprised the strong Brazil. The U20 national team took a 3-0 lead before the Greenoro’s comeback attempt, which was however unsuccessful. Great protagonist of the match was Casadei (owned by Chelsea), author of a double. The third Azzurri goal instead bore the signature of Prati. Wednesday’s challenge with Nigeria.
