Three Euroleague clubs interested in Nico Mannion

Nico Mannion’s future is all to be written and it may not be in Italy: with his contract with Virtus Bologna expiring at the end of this season, the Italian national player is tempting many, and according to the Greek portal ‘TotalBasket’ as many as three Euroleague clubs would be willing to involve him in their project, Fenerbahce, Asvel and Bayern.

The Turks, in particular, would be ready to offer him a long-term project, with the goal of regaining the top European laurel that the Istanbul yellow-blacks have been missing since 2017. The French and German clubs, on the other hand, would aim for a short contract, but still with the European season at the center of their ambitions.

Mannion will have time to think it over after the Italian league playoffs and before the World Cup, although in between, participation in the NBA’s Summer League is not ruled out, to try to attract the attention of scouts from one of the world’s top 30 league franchises.
