Ducati centaur Pecco Bagnaia in an interview with Motorsport revealed his greatest ambition: “I would like my name to be identified even more with that of Ducati. A bit like it happens with Marc Marquez and Honda, or with Valentino Rossi in the case of Yamaha.”

Bagnaia is well aware that at the moment his dream is still far away: “I know that I won the title with Ducati like Casey Stoner did, and that I set the record for consecutive wins. But I don’t see myself as him. I find it very difficult to see my name next to Casey’s. When you’re little and you see your idols, you think it’s impossible to get to what they mean to you.”
