Milan’s first shot will be Daichi Kamada. According to reports in La Gazzetta dello Sport, an agreement has been reached between the offensive midfielder whose contract is expiring with Eintracht Frankfurt and the Rossoneri club.
What finally unlocked the situation was the Diavolo’s Champions League qualification, achieved thanks to Sunday night’s victory against Juventus. Kamada will sign a five-year contract: according to Japanese and German media, the deal is already closed.
Kamada, the second Japanese player to land at Milanello after Keisuke Honda, likes Pioli for his versatility on the pitch. He will play his last game with Eintracht next Saturday in the German Cup final.
