Richard Carapaz stretches his season
Richard Carapaz è placed second at the Tour of Tuscany behind a wild Pavel Sivakov. "After the Tour and injury I was returning to racing today and I must say that I immediately had good feelings" he stresses.
"I am banking a lot on this season finale. I knew that today the level was very high, of course I am a little bit sorry for not being able to win, but I must say that I am fully satisfied with this second place".
Carapaz won the 2019 Giro d’Italia and won the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics.
