Leonardo Bonucci: "Juventus has humiliated"

Former Juventus defender, now at Union Berlin, Leonardo Bonucci in an interview with Sportmediaset spoke about his stormy farewell to the Bianconeri and the breakdown of relations with Massimiliano Allegri and the management.

"I have read and heard untrue things said by Juventus and the coach. It's untrue that in October and February I had been told of the willà to break off the relationship at the end of the season", said the Viterbese.

"At the end of May I had given my willingnessà to be the fifth/sixth choice on defense, to be a henchman. I sniffed something just reading about it in the newspapers until Giuntoli and Manna informed me on July 13, coming to my house, that I would no longer be part of the Juventus roster and that my presence on the field would hinder the growth of the team".

" This è was the humiliation I suffered after 500 and more games in bianconero. I appreciated the solidarity of so many players, including current ones, from Juve and other clubs. They all showed me their sympathy for the disrespectful behavior of the companyà".
