MotoGp, Luca Marini: "On the new tracks I am always ahead"

Ducati Mooney VR46 team centaur Luca Marini commented satisfied with his first time in Friday’s free practice in India: "When I arrive on a new track I always go strong, I also remember in Indonesia".

"The track è very difficult, there’è little grip, forò I managed to interpret it well. On Thursday we studied it trying to understand the lines, today we worked first on the electronics and then on the tires".

Valentino Rossi&#39s brother then revealed to Sky his method for tackling the new corners: "I listen to my coach Idalio Gavira, who always tells me 'take off hard, go long in the gravel or dirt and then, when you try again, a little less': that way it&#39s quicker to learn the braking point…".

Marini signed the time of 1:44.782, ahead of Jorge Martin and Aleix Espargaró.
