Down 2-0 at the 80'80', Barcelona defeated Celta Vigo 3-2 at home on the sixth day of La Liga thanks to a goal in the final by Joao Cancelo, preceded by Lewandowski’s double: three goals in nine minutes. The Catalans thus moved to the top of the standings with 16 points.
Awaiting tomorrow’s Madrid derby between Real Madrid and Atlético, Barça steals first place from neighboring Catalan Girona (also at 16, but with a worse goal difference), previously a 5-3 winner against Mallorca, and puts pressure on Real.
