Milan, closing in one step for Matija Popovic

AC Milan è one step closer to finalizing their first strike ahead of the winter soccer session. The Rossoneri have reportedly reached an agreement in principle for the arrival of young striker Matija Popovic from Partizan Belgrade on a zero-parameter basis.

According to reports from "Tuttosport", the 2006-born player is expected in Italy in the first days of 2024 to undergo medical examinations and sign the new contract, which will bind him to the Via Aldo Rossi club for four and a half years.

In addition to the young Serbian center forward, Milan has also reportedly accelerated for Juan Miranda, a 2000-year-old left-back from Betis Sevilla. The Rossoneri, in fact, would be trying to find an agreement with the player's entourage to anticipate his transfer to Milan as early as January, so as to avoid possible auctions caused by the player's zero parameter at the end of the season.

In conclusion, the Milanese club would also be working to bring back to Italy former Spezia player Jakub Kiwior, who could leave Arsenal in the winter soccer market session to find more minutes. The "Diavolo" in fact, would be intensifying contacts with the Gunners to find an agreement on the basis of a loan with right of redemption.
