Bayern Munich, historic defeat in Frankfurt
Incredible defeat of Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. Tuchel's team was overwhelmed 5-1 by Eintracht Frankfurt in a match valid for the thirteenth day of the league.
It was a historic reversal for the Bavarian outfit, which had not conceded five goals in the first hour of play in the Bundesliga since 1975, in a match against Eintracht itself that later finished 6-0. For the German champions è a bad stop that locks them in second place at -3 from the leading Bayer Leverkusen.
It was a nightmare match for Muller and his teammates, who found themselves down 3-0 in the first half after goals from Marmoush, Dina Ebimbe and Larsson. Before halftime Kimmich scored the hopeful goal but in the second half the hosts raged on by scoring again with Dina Ebimbe and Knauff.
Tough thrashing for Bayern: among the worst were goalkeeper Neuer, former Napoli defender and defender Kim Min-jae and Upamecano.
