Banda is answered by an own goal by Rafia: 1-1 between Empoli and Lecce

The first of the two Monday postponements of the 15th day of Serie A ends in a draw. Empoli and Lecce, in fact, split the stakes, drawing 1-1. Everything happens in the second half: to the initial advantage of the Salentini with Banda, spoiled by a clear error of Berisha, answered by an unlucky own goal of Rafia.
In the first half the guests immediately made themselves dangerous with a header by Pongracic that engaged Berisha. The reaction of the hosts was not long in coming: on 15', on the development of a corner, Cancellieri soared higher than all but did not find the goal. Five minutes later, Piccoli turns a Dorgu cross with first intention but his conclusion ends wide. The same Giallorossi striker a few minutes later receives in the box, turns and kicks suddenly but does not frame the mirror. On 28' Cambiaghi breaks free from Dorgu but slams it past Falcone. In the final, the Azzurri lost both Caputo and Bereszynski to injury.
Early in the second half the Tuscans came close to taking the lead with Cancellieri but Falcone saved with his foot. Five minutes later the Lecce goalkeeper overcame a right-footed shot from the edge by Grassi. At 64' the Salentini took the lead with a shot from the distance by Banda, which slipped out of Berisha’s hands, went under his legs and into the net. Seven minutes later Empoli found the equalizer with an unfortunate own goal by Rafia, who deflected a cross from Cambiaghi’s right, mocking Falcone. The Tuscans, galvanized by the equalizer, pushed in search of the double, but Falcone è insuperable: first he saves on Cambiaghi, then deflects a Luperto volleyed right-footed shot into the corner.
Empoli climbs to 12 points and remains in 17th place, while Lecce moves up to 17, in 13th place.
