Roma considers a luxury divestment
Roma thinks of a luxury transfer
Roma is pondering the possible sale of Lorenzo Pellegrini in January or in the summer. The Giallorossi midfielder and captain is experiencing his most difficult moment since he has been playing in the capital, between injuries and bad performances that are bothering the fans, who have not failed to boo him in recent games.
Pellegrini has played just 10 games so far this early in the season, hardly ever managing to make a difference. The 6-million-euro salary is weighing on Roma’s budget, and they are starting to do the math in Trigoria.
According to calciomercato.com, Roma could sell Lorenzo Pellegrini regardless of José Mourinho’s presence next season. Offers for the player will be listened to and weighed, although the hefty fee is holding back European suitors.
Pellegrini would also have admirers in Saudi Arabia, but he does not seem intent on leaving Europe.
