Virtus Bologna avalanche over Pistoia, Venice hooks Brescia at the top

Everything was easy for Luca Banchi’s Virtus Bologna. The felsinei, on Saturday night of the 13th day of the basketball Serie A, imposed themselves on Estra Pistoia with a net 91-70, in a match that was in control by the emiliani from the beginning to the end. An important home victory, instead, for Trento, which thanks to the success against GeVi Napoli (101-94) confirmed its third place in the standings with a 9-4 record and gained access to the Final Eight of the Italian Cup. Finally, two points also came for Reggio Emilia and Varese, which beat Sassari (77-59) and Pesaro (88-81), respectively.
