Carlos Alcaraz beats Novak Djokovic in exhibition

There’s already been even before the start of the new year, although not official for the world rankings, the first match of 2024 between Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz. The Spaniard won by a score of 4-6 6-4 6-4 an exhibition match with the world number 1 played in Riyadh.

In the first set è it was the 20-year-old Murcian who first snatched service from his opponent but Nole came back, bekka twice the one who immediately followed behind him in the rankings and pocketed him the first partial.

Alcaraz again breached Djokovic first in the third game, in the sixth the Serb took it back after Carlos had the ball of 4-1 with double break, but in the ninth the Iberian placed the decisive break and then closed the match in the next game.
