Nenad Markovic’s words ahead of Dinamo Sassari-Vanoli Cremona

On the 19th day of the basketball Serie A, new coach Nenad Markovic’s Dinamo Sassari will take on Vanoli Cremona. A few days before the meeting, the Bosnian head coach, among other topics covered in the press conference, tried to identify the main key factors to put the Lombard team in difficulty.

"I think everyone worked well during the week, they all responded in the best way to prepare themselves in the best way for this very challenging match. We know that the one with Cremona è an important match, we have to think about fighting, being positive, having fun and believing in our work, being able to express our potential and not to be crushed by the pressure of a match that is fundamental for our confidence and ambitions" began the new head coach of Dinamo Sassari.

"The first thing we have to do è try to find continuityà and è a sum of many things put together, many details that fit together, è the first thing we have to change, every possession, every ball, whether it is on offense or defense. In Milan the moment we lost the thread of the game, we took easy points, we stopped thinking. We have to start from that to improve. Cremona has an organized defense, very intense, changing on everything and è very organized offensively, where they do a lot of team play and always have at least five players in double figures. To win we will have to try to be harder and more aggressive than them, share the ball and attack their weak points, we need to have toughness and mentality," continued the Bosnian coach.

"In Milan for 25 minutes we played well, we could have done even better, although we had against Milan, for us the key thing è to repair the moments when we lack confidence, when the negative moments come, in all games there are, it depends on how you overcome them, there are no perfect games, there are opponents, ups & downs, those are the moments when we have to be team" commented Nenad Markovic.
