Roma reborn, but Daniele De Rossi still not satisfied
A team reborn, but one that does not intend to settle.
Daniele De Rossi is extolling Roma after the 4-0 thrashing of Cagliari at the Stadio Olimpico, but he does not feel his revival operation has yet been accomplished. The Giallorossi are now fifth, just one point behind fourth place occupied by Atalanta and worth Champions League qualification. But their coach still preaches calm.
"Definitely I look at the points, but even more so at the good things we managed to do on the field,” De Rossi told 'Sky Sport' -To look at the standings, however, è still too early. Tonight against Cagliari we were good at managing the game right from the start. And the boys have worked hard, but there are several aspects in which we can still improve".
De Rossi then framed the key aspects of his Roma side that has picked up three Serie A wins in a row: "The idea è to fill the area, because we have a lot of quality. When the spaces are tight, we have the potential to do very well. We were in a difficult situation, and when it è like that; to get out of it you have to do it all together. Throughout my career, when bad times happened, we always came out if the group was strong".
