Major step forward for the construction of Milan&#39s new stadium in San Donato, specifically in the San Francesco area. According to a report in Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri club has purchased the land in the area where the facility, scheduled to open in 2028, will be built. 40 million transaction.

The mayor of San Donato, Francesco Squeri, spoke this way about the project during the presentation press conference held in mid-January: "The’facility will have 70,000 seats, two levels of parking for 3,500 seats, a hotel, catering, offices, an AC Milan store, a museum, a large square and an auditorium".

The first citizen’s agenda of meetings will continue next week with a public discussion with the city scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 8:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber and, in the following days, with the mayors of the area, giving continuity to the dialogue started with the first citizens of South Milan in November last year.
