In the highly anticipated press conference called for Tuesday morning via 'Zoom', Matteo Berrettini took stock of the situation from both a sporting and a private point of view, first announcing hisreturn to the court which will not take place; at Indian Wells but at the Phoenix Challenger, a tournament scheduled from March 12 to 17 that will be the basis of the Roman’s restart ahead of another Masters 1000, that of Miami.
"I will not be in Indian Wells,” the 1996-class tennis player confirmed in his appointment with reporters.
