Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari ahead of everyone on the second morning of testing in Bahrain

The morning session of the second day of testing in Bahrain at the Sakhir circuit saw the Ferrari of Charles Leclerc install itself in front of everyone. The Maranello manufacturer’s Monegasque lapped in 1'31"750.

Second and off by 588 thousandths is Australian Oscar Piastri in the McLaren, third at 828 thousandths is American Logan Sargeant in the Williams, and fourth is Mexican Sergio Perez in the Red Bull at 1"129: è it was his turn to take the Red Bull to the track this morning.

Fifth at 1"303 the Spaniard Fernando Alonso in the Aston Martin, sixth the Briton of Mercedes seven-time world champion and next Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton at 1"4575, seventh at 1"965 the Chinese Zhou in the Kick Sauber.

Closing this morning's rankings in eighth place at 2"054 is Frenchman Pierre Gasly in the Alpine, ninth at 5"759 is German Nico Hulkenberg in the Haas and tenth is Japanese Yuki Tsunoda in the RB at a whopping 6"324.
