F1 Test: Carlos Sainz ahead of everyone in day-2
Leading the way on the second day of Formula 1 testing in Bahrain è was Carlos Sainz. The Ferrari driver, in fact, è was the only one to go under the wall of 1:30, stopping the stopwatch at 1:29.921, distancing Sergio Perez's Red Bull, who è ranked second.
In third place came Lewis Hamilton’s Mercedes, more than a second behind Sainz. Completing the top 5 were the McLaren of Lando Norris, fourth, and the Racing Bulls of Daniel Ricciardo, fifth. Sixth time for Charles Leclerc, who had finished ahead of everyone in the morning practice session.
Rounding out the top 10 are the Aston Martin of Lance Stroll, seventh, the Alpine of Sebastian Ocon, eighth, the Kick Sauber of Valtteri Bottas, ninth, and the McLaren of Oscar Piastri.
