“Let’s Build Kindness” turns two and is set to honor Jannik Sinner

New recognition for Jannik Sinner

Another success, this time off the tennis court, for Jannik Sinner: the name of the South Tyrolean champion è in fact, the one chosen for the "Let us Build Kindness in Sport" award, an initiative part of the "Let us Build Kindness" project of the Cor et Amor Association, supported by two thousand volunteers committed to promoting kindness in Italy.

Sinner è has been identified as a model of kindness, deserving of such recognition. "Jannik thank you for the emotions you give us and your acts of kindness. You are an example" è the message dedicated to the San Candido athlete by a group of boys and girls, who emphasized the importance of a proper attitude on and off the field.

The "Let's Build Kindness in Sport" award, established on April 1° two years ago on the initiative of Florentine journalist Gaia Simonetti and with the support of Ussi nazionale, Ussi Toscana, Cor et Amor and kindness ambassadors Silvia Sardi and Chiara Castellani, aims to highlight and reward actions of kindness in sports.

The award includes the presentation of a colorful kindness ambassador jersey, created by the children, bearing on the back a quote from Mandela "Sport has the power to change the world". The inspiration for the "Let's Build Kindness" Award comes from the meaningful gesture of Guglielmo Vicario, a Tottenham goalkeeper on the national team roster who was among the first to take in a family fleeing war, highlighting the importance of kindness.
