The two players could meet again in the tournament in the Principality, but in the meantime, the Serb wanted to issue an 'unexpected' challenge to his rival from Alto Adige.

"I can&#39t wait to get out on the ski slopes. I really enjoy both skiing and winter sports. I am a fan of the sport; I grew up in the mountains. Sinner è also very good, magri we could challenge each other even lì, who knows" began the Serbian tennis player as quoted in "Il Corriere dello Sport".

"You know I’m always open to doing crazy things, but I think in the end it’s those kinds of activities" that when you get out of your comfort zone they really give you excitement and joy and at the same time they also bring a lot of attention and popularity" added the world number one.

In the Monte Carlo opener, Novak Djokovic will face off against Russian Roman Safiullin, while Jannik Sinner è expected to challenge the winner of the match between Sebastian Korda and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina.
