Roma-Lazio is not è over: “With reference to the chants of racial and religious discrimination, intoned by the fans of the clubs Roma and Lazio both before and during the match, reported in detail in the same report of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office as of 16:44 on the day of the match, assume relevance, due to the size and perception reported by the representatives of the same Prosecutor’s Office, certain events occurred during the match” explains the sports judge.
These are chants tifoseria Lazio (“Curva nord centrale”) of racial discrimination towards footballer Soc. Roma Lukaku (1° and 28° min. first half and 51° min. second half); chorus tifoseria Lazio (“Curva nord – Distinti nord ovest+est”) of racial discrimination (religiously motivated) toward opposing fans (35° first half); chorus tifoseria Roma (“Curva sud centrale”) of racial discrimination toward Soc. Lazio footballer Guendouzi (22° second half).
For the aforementioned manifestations, which did not, moreover, involve sound announcements or interruption of the match, it is necessary to have a special supplementary investigation by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office, acquiring in any case a report from those responsible for public order.
The Sports Judge, moreover, invites the Federal Prosecutor’s Office to report, as a supplement, regarding any further facts that occurred and conduct of the members of the team at the end of the match, in any case ordering itself, in accordance with Art. 61, paragraph 1, last sentence, CGS, the’forwarding of the results of any investigations initiated ex officio, for the purposes of the evaluations and final determinations due to this Sports Judge on the basis of the general competence to decide provided for in Art. 65, paragraph 1 lett. a), and 61, paragraph 1, CGS, as well as’art. 14, paragraph 1, lett. d) and e) CGS CONI, since these are events that occurred during the course of the match.
