Tremendous news shocks basketball, particularly the Bologna side of Fortitudo: è Ruben Douglas, the 2004 Scudetto hero, a true icon of Effe fans, died at just 44 years old.

Born Oct. 30, 1979, in Pasadena, California, then a naturalized Panamanian, a guard, in his college career he played first with the Arizona Wildcats and then with the New Mexico Lobos. Having not been drifted the NBA, è came to play in Europe, at Panionios, Greece.
