In spite of the fall, the mood è good.

Marc Marquez in Jerez è crashed while leading a Sprint Race of which he had been the absolute protagonist until now. Compared to other occasions when he had found himself in the gravel, però, this time the Catalan of Team Gresini è seemed decidedly more positive at the end of the day. All the more so because the signals he had from his Ducati also look decidedly good in perspective.

"We only had four laps to go, then we would end a perfect day,” Marquez said.

C'perè one good thing, in my opinion, and that is realizing how fast we are in the wet. The day è was really good for the pole, and in the race we were the fastest. I did the most difficult thing well, and then I crashed at the easiest time of the day. But most of the riders did the same".

Marquez then wanted to analyze the reasons for his fall: "I ended up in the wet and lost the front, I didn&#39t realize that part of the circuit was so slippery. Maybe 10 centimeters would have been enough to get away with it, but in any case we could verify that we are getting closer to the top".

Now Marquez is aiming to do well again on Sunday in Jerez: "The race will be an unknown for everyone, but I am convinced that with the average will improve grip. The start and the first lap will be the most important moments, although the feeling è that the strongest of all at the moment remains Jorge Martin. I però feel strong mentally, since the beginning of the season I have been constant. Then falling happens, but now I know what I have to do".
