Simone Inzaghi renews with Inter Milan: Marotta’s announcement

Inter, official renewal of Simone Inzaghi

Now è official: Simone Inzaghi has renewed his contract with Inter until 2026. It was announced by president Beppe Marotta, who spoke at the press conference presenting the 2024/2025 sports season. 

"It's been a very short time since a great season in which we won two more trophies, the Super Cup and the Scudetto,” the Nerazzurri president stressed.

Today we start a new journey together: our jersey will be embellished with the tricolor and the second star. Together with us, to lead the team, we will still have coach Simone Inzaghi. I want to officially inform you that our relationship will continue until June 30, 2026 with the hope to continue even further".

"The goals we set for the new season are the same as always – added the number one of the Milanese club – Winning the second star represents the best starting point to face this new adventure" with the same hunger for success.

Gil was echoed by the Nerazzurri club itself, which announced the renewal of the coach from Piacenza through an official statement:"FC Internazionale Milano è happy to communicate the contract renewal of’coach Simone Inzaghi. Thanks to the new agreement, the coach will be at the helm of the Nerazzurri until 2026".
