Cagliari unleashed: triple blow from Atalanta

Cagliari unleashed in the last hours of the soccer market. The Rossoblù club, in fact, has announced a triple blow from Atalanta: Nadir Zortea arrives on a permanent basis, while Michel Adopo and Roberto Piccoli move to Sardinia on a loan deal with right of redemption.

"Cagliari Calcio è is pleased to announce the acquisition of the right to the sports performance of the footballer Nadir Zortea, who transfers from Atalanta outright and signed a contract that binds him to the Rossobl&ugrave club until June 30, 2028" reads the note of the Sardinians. In July 2023, the class 99'outfielder returns to Atalanta with whom he played the entire first part of the season, making his Europa League debut in the 4-0 win over Polish side Raków Czestochowa on Dec. 14. He finished the season just past at Frosinone where he played 14 matches, with 5 assists and 1 goal.

"Cagliari Calcio è pleased to announce the’acquisition of the right to the sports performance of the footballer Michel Adopo who transfers from’Atalanta on loan with the right of redemption" the communiqué of the island club. In’summer 2023, the French midfielder moved to’Atalanta: he made his debut with the Bergamasks on August 20, authoring the assist of the final 2-0 goal scored by Zortea. He made his Europa League debut on December 14, 2023, in the 4-0 victory over Raków Czestochowa, one of the stages for winning the competition.

"Cagliari Calcio è pleased to announce the acquisition of the right to the sports performance of the footballer Roberto Piccoli who transfers from Atalanta under the formula of loan with right of redemption" writes Cagliari. In the season just gone, the Italian striker è was a protagonist in Lecce with 36 appearances and 6 goals. The total haul in Serie A speaks of 97 matches with 13 goals scored.
