He comes to the Hungaroring with the same points as last year but with less success

There'è those who speak of a mini-crisis. Indeed, looking at the results of the recent past, it is strange to think that Verstappen is coming off two races in which he had to watch others celebrate victory (Russell in Austria and Hamilton in England). A strange thing that hasn't happened to him since the summer of 2022. All the more reason to win the Hungarian GP, scheduled for Sunday.

Verstappen comes to the Hungaroring with the same points as last year (255 points) but with fewer successes. Red Bull&#39s dominance è vanished or, rather, direct competitors have come very close to Verstappen, managing to undermine so many of Red Bull&#39s certainties.

The three-time World Champion is not è at all worried about this new situation that has è arisen, in fact he finds it stimulating: "There are definitely always more ù rivals. This season è started very competitively. Everyone is catching up. Every race è a real battle, and I have to say that è fantastic becauseé I think it will continue for the rest of the season. You really don’t know what’s going to happen, and that è fantastic for the sport," said the Dutch driver at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Statements aside, è it is clear that Verstappen aims to return to cross the finish line first to nip in the bud the dreams of glory of all his direct rivals. The lead in the drivers’ standings è still important but it is best to remind everyone who Verstappen is. There will be fun to be had at the Hungarian GP.
