Inter says goodbye to a striker: loan transfer official

Official: Sebastiano Esposito to'Empoli

Sebastiano Esposito is leaving Inter and moving on loan to Empoli'Empoli. Making it official was the Nerazzurri club through an official statement: "FC Internazionale Milano announces the transfer of Sebastiano Esposito to Empoli FC. The 2002 class striker moves on a temporary basis with option right for the Tuscan team". The player arrives on loan with a right of redemption in favor of the Tuscans for 5 million euros, with no counter-redemption in favor of the Nerazzurri.

The Italian center forward, in the season just ended, wore the Sampdoria jersey collecting 6 goals in 23 appearances. Now he will have the chance to measure himself again in Serie A and show the talents that many have recognized him.

In his career he also boasts 15 appearances and one goal with Inter, 13 matches played with SPAL and one goal, 15 matches and 4 goals with Bari, 19 appearances and 2 goals with Venezia, 21 matches and 2 goals with Anderlecht, 34 matches and 7 goals with Basel. Finally, he has a respectable past in the Nerazzurri youth ranks: 33 goals in 40 appearances with the Under 17, 10 goals in 22 matches with the Under 19 and 2 goals in a Youth League match.
