Edoardo Bonazzi was born in Novi Ligure, Alessandria province, on July 3, 2002. He has a background in basketball and athletics. Only shooting, however, has the great merit of giving him discipline, as well as making him more sociable with other people. Member for TSN Novi Ligure, his specialty is rifle.
He takes the limelight in 2022 when, at the European Junior Championships in Wroclaw, he manages to win the silver medal in the 3-position. In February 2024 he gets his first podium on the World Cup circuit thanks to a third-place finish in Granada in the 10-meter rifle
In the near future, compatibly with his commitments on international platforms, he would like to start university studies in Psychology. A lover of travel, he celebrates the Olympic year by punching his ticket to Paris at the final qualifying tournament in Rio de Janeiro.
At the Chatearoux range, Edoardo Bonazzi will take part in his first career Olympics. He will show up with nothing to lose, but with the enormous desire and goal of continuing his rise to the top of the 10-meter rifle.
