ATP Ranking: Jannik Sinner remains at the top, Matteo Berrettini gains 32 positions
Jannik Sinner still on top of ATP ranking
After the week of tournaments on clay (Hamburg, Bastad, Gstaad), with the exception of Newport, played on grass, the ATP ranking at the top has not changed. Jannik Sinner, in fact, remains at the top of the ranking with 9570 points, ahead of Novak Djokovic, at 8460, and Carlos Alcaraz, stopped at 8130.
Who makes a big leap forward è Matteo Berrettini, thanks to the title obtained at the 'Swiss Open Gstaad'. The Roman, in fact, climbs 32 positions and re-enters the top 50, hoisting himself right into 50th place. He loses one position, however, Lorenzo Musetti, who drops to 17th place, overtaken by the Dane Hogler Rune.
Also of note is the best ranking for Luciano Darderi, who reached the quarterfinals at the Hamburg ATP 500: the Italian-Argentinean è at number 33 in the ATP ranking. Among the Italians in the top 50 are also Matteo Arnaldi and Flavio Cobolli: the Ligurian occupies the 40th place, the Roman the 48th.
Finally, the climb of Rafael Nadal should be mentioned: after the final obtained at the ATP 250 in Bastad, the Spanish champion recovers as many as 100 positions and glimpses the top 150. Rafa è currently number 161 in the world rankings.
