This is it. Milan è ready to face the star-studded tour. Three friendlies that will serve to better understand how Fonseca is working and what Diavolo is planning. The opponents are all of excellent standing, considering that we are talking about, in the order, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Despite the fact that the Rossoneri roster has not yet been completed (several strikes are expected in these weeks from the management), Fonseca will have the chance to test his Milan team against three international soccer powers. It starts on Sunday, July 28, in New York, with the challenge with Guardiola’s Manchester City (kickoff whistle at 24:00 Italian time).

On Aug. 1, AC Milan will, instead, be on stage in Chicago (at the historic Soldier Field) to face Real Madrid, the team that won the last Champions League and Atalanta's next challenger in the European Super Cup final (2:30 p.m. Italian time).

The Diavolo's last friendly test is scheduled for Aug. 7 when Fonseca’s team, in Baltimore, will take on Barcelona. Three games from "August football" which, however, will be useful to get an idea of the level of the new Diavolo. Fonseca is particularly keen to show, right from the start, how his team will play and to evaluate every single player currently on the roster.
