Paris 2024 Olympics, Vito Dell'Aquila injured, forfeits bronze final
Due to an injury to the right thigh adductor tendon suffered in the taekwondo semifinals 58 kg category against Azerbaijan's Gashim Magomedov, aggravating the injury he suffered a week ago in training, Vito Dell&#rsquo;Aquila had to forfeit the final for the bronze medal.
The 23-year-old from Mesagne, Puglia, the outgoing Olympic champion in Tokyo 2020, was supposed to fight Cyrian Ravet, unfortunately instead è underwent an ultrasound in the Grand Palais facility and is under observation by doctors.
