Torino, a new name pops up for the defense
Torino, new name for defense
With a little more than a week to go before the start of the championship, Torino management is è working to shore up the squad, particularly in the defensive department, decimated by the goodbyes of Alessandro Buongiorno, Ricardo Rodriguez and Koffi Djidji.
According to reports from Sky Sport, the Granata club would have put a new name in its sights: it is Zeno Van Den Bosch, a Belgian central player born in 2003 and owned by Antwerp, a club in which he has played since 2016 and with which he is linked until 2025.
At the end of the season, Antwerp offered Van Den Bosch a contract renewal. The defender, however, has refused for the time being, which is why the Belgian club is considering his transfer to avoid losing him for zero at the end of next season.
Starting next July 1, it will be possible to deposit contracts for the players who will make up the teams’ rosters for the 2024/2025 season.
