Stefano Sensi returns to Monza

Monza has made official the return of Stefano Sensi. The midfielder, who had already been in the biancorosso in the 2022/23 season on loan from Inter, arrives this time as a free agent, after ending last June 30 the contract that bound him to the Nerazzurri, whom he joined in 2019 after his experience at Sassuolo.

The 1995-class midfielder signed a contract with the Brianza club until June 30, 2025. In his previous experience at Monza è he was the protagonist of the historic first Serie A championship of the biancorossi, in which he collected 28 appearances also scoring 3 goals.

Returning to Inter in the summer of 2023, he was part of the squad under Simone Inzaghi that won the second star scudetto. With the Nerazzurri he also boasts two Italian Super Cups (2021 and 2023) and another Scudetto, that of the 2020/21 season under the orders of Antonio Conte.

Sensi therefore goes to reinforce the midfield of Monza, which will be coached in the 2024/2025 season by Alessandro Nesta, chosen by the biancorossa management to replace Raffaele Palladino, who moved in the summer to Fiorentina after two brilliant years in Brianza.
