Serbia won bronze at the Paris 2024 Olympics in men’s basketball. After a mocking defeat against the United States, the Slavs bounced back and easily beat Germany.
The game will also be remembered for the historic performance of Nikola Jokic, who scored a triple double, the fifth in Olympic history. The champion finished the game with 19 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists.
The Serbs went to halftime leading 46-38 and then took the lead: midway through the third quarter the score was 64-45. Germany tried to come back, and è managed to narrow the gap (72-63 at the end of the third quarter).
