MotoGp, Marco Bezzecchi stresses the importance of Valentino Rossi
Marco Bezzecchi satisfied with sixth place in Austria
Despite the enforced absence of Fabio Di Giannantonio, who was forced to skip Sprint Race and Grand Prix of Austria due to shoulder injury, the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team can file the Spielberg weekend with a smile, given by the good sixth place of Marco Bezzecchi riding the Ducati Desmosedici GP23 of the team founded by Valentino Rossi.
"I’m happy! A good race with a lot of overtaking – said Bezzecchi himself – Those on Aleix (Espargaró, ndr) and Jack (Miller, ndr) gave me taste. I got a good start and pushed to be able to get close to the Top 5. I had a good feeling in the braking and I had fun".
'Bez' also stressed the importance of the presence in the pits, this weekend, of 'Dottore', whom he wanted to thank in person: "Vale gave me a lot of advice – he said – and yesterday’s work with the medium tires paid off. Today I was able to be moreù precise in braking, a crucial aspect on this track".
Only the last few laps created some headaches for the Romagna rider: "In the final the front tire è went a little bit in crisis, moreù than anything else for the temperature and I had to a quit to be able to preserve the back. So many good emotions, I can not wait to get back to work" concluded Bezzecchi.
