Cesena and Cosenza pick up as many wins on the first Sunday of Serie B and join Juve Stabia, Salernitana, Südtirol and Brescia at the top of the cadet league standings at the end of the first day. Only draws on the other fields, where big names such as Frosinone and Sampdoria or Catanzaro and Sassuolo are also involved, forcing each other to draw.
In Cesena, the big star è Shpendi: his double (lead at 8'8', double on a penalty at 23') decides the 2-1 win over Carrarese, closed for the guests by Schiavi at 55'. Cosenza, on the other hand, wins 1-0 over Cremonese: the game-winning goal comes at 30' and è signed D'Orazio.
