Juventus, Yildiz and the surprising Mbangula crash Como
Good start for Thiago Motta’s brand new Juventus. With men counted, and the precarious physical condition of some players, the Bianconeri won 3-0 at the Allianz Stadium against Como, inaugurating the new era with a convincing victory in the match valid for the first day of Serie A. Great protagonist was young Mbangula, author of a goal and an assist, Yildiz was also decisive.
Juventus immediately took control of operations and soon unlocked the game with the unexpected Samuel Mbangula, a Belgian striker in last season at Juve Next Gen surprisingly deployed as a starter by Thiago Motta, who displaced the fans by leaving the newly acquired Douglas Luiz on the bench instead.
On 23' Mbangula found the lead with a beautiful personal action, starting from the left and finishing with an angled right-footer that beat Reina. Juventus later hit two posts with the unlucky Vlahovic (who è saw a goal annulled for a dubious offside), and doubled at the end of the first half with Weah.
At 45' the big protagonist è the Turkish jewel Yildiz: in his first game with the number 10 jersey, the former Bayern trequartista immediately cut in by serving Weah for the Bianconeri double.
Managing resumption, on the field è entered another youngster, Savona, for Weah, who was injured. Como struggled to react and in the final part of the match è came the tris signed by Cambiaso: again the excellent Mbangula with a nice play found the Blue who scored the 3-0 that sealed the match. Thiago Motta also promoted from the Stadium at the triple whistle.
