I got big wins here in Cincinnati, we will see what I can do in the majors. I am confident about how I get there and I hope to adapt to the conditions" began the Italian tennis player.

"I had a lot of ups and downs this week. Now it è important to recover and be ready for New York, for the Us Open. It's our main goal for this part of the season in North America, I hope I can show some good tennis in Flushing Meadows" continued the world number one.

"I am happy, è it has been a tough week. This match è was mentally difficult. We both came from long semifinals, with a lot of tension. I am happy with my performance, how I handled the match and with my tournament in general" added the South Tyrolean.

"I went to sleep very late and did not get as much rest as I had hoped, but these things happen and you have to accept them. I knew that Tiafoe also finished late, more than me, and that è a factor. Anything canè happen in the final, asè the feelings are moreù special" concluded Jannik Sinner.
