Jannik Sinner commented with relief on the unfortunate Indian Wells affair, which è resulted in the deduction of tournament points and the loss of the prize money won in the American tournament. The International Tennis Integrity Agency's investigation has established his innocence, and now the Blue can take a weight off his shoulders and devote himself to the US Open in peace.

"Now I will leave behind this very challenging and extremely unpleasant period. I will continue to do everything I can to make sure I continue to comply with the ITIA’s anti-doping program," are the words of Jannik Sinner in the statement.

The lawyer who assisted Jannik Sinner made these statements: "Anti-doping rules have to be extremely strict for them to have effect. That is why it can happen that in some cases even innocent athletes can be involved".
