Through a statement issued on its official accounts, Monza has announced the signing of a new goalkeeper. The red and white club, in fact, announced the arrival on one-year loan of Stefano Turati from Sassuolo.

"Stefano Turati è a new Monza player. The Lombard goalkeeper arrives from Sassuolo on a temporary loan until June 30, 2025. Born in Milan on Sept. 5, 2001, he grew up in the youth ranks of Inter, where he stayed for nine years.

In January 2018 he was bought by Sassuolo, with whom he made his Serie A debut in the 2-2 draw at home to Juventus on December 1, 2019. A match in which è starred with great saves and became the first goalkeeper born after 2000 to make his Serie A debut. He also took the field seven days later in Sassuolo-Cagliari.

After a season on loan at Reggina, in the summer of 2022 he moved, again on a temporary basis, to Frosinone. With the ciociari he immediately won Promotion to Serie A, ending the Serie B championship with a record 20 clean sheets. The loan with Frosinone is confirmed for 2023-24, in which he collects 31 appearances in Serie A, confirming all his strength and charisma.
