More than 400 thousand LEGO bricks to rebuild, in 1:1 scale, the legendary 1988 McLaren MP4/4, driven by Ayrton Senna, complete with the green and yellow helmet of the extraordinary Formula 1 driver, whose 30th anniversary of his death in the dramatic Imola accident will be celebrated in 2024.

 The single-seater è was made by Riccardo Zangelmi, by decision of LEGO Italia and Automobile Club Milano, which now houses it in the Aci Club House inside the Paddocks of the Monza Autodrome. It took 120 hours of design and 700 hours of construction to make it, weighing 610 kilograms.

The slogan for this important initiative of LEGO Italy è 'United by the'love for racing' because that for the world of motors è one of the truest passions of Italians that, like that for bricks, has always united entire generations who cheer, play and share the same love.
