Juventus, Cristiano Giuntoli annoyed: three are pointing their feet
The Portuguese already seemed to be from Roma but è returned to Turin
Juventus’ market, so far, è has been stellar. Elements of superlative quality have arrived and, even at the level of disposals, Giuntoli has done a huge job, even if he has had to sacrifice several youngsters. There'è however, one blemish in the work of the HCL executive, actually three to be precise, namely Arthur, Tiago Djalò and Kostic.
None of these players fit into the plans of Thiago Motta’s new Juventus and, in fact, have had their bags packed for weeks. Tiago Djalò had even found a new arrangement, namely Roma, but, after medical examinations, the Portuguese è was sent back home. Deal blown and extra problem for Giuntoli.
Also complicated are the issues concerning Arthur and Kostic. The former è has been approached by many clubs, both Italian and foreign. There è was also talk of his possible landing at Conte’s Napoli. So many rumors but no real transfer. L'ex Barcelona è still bianconero.
Same for Kostic who has flirted a lot with Fiorentina but without finding the right deal. At this point, Giuntoli will try some final magic and try to place them to some team from leagues where the market ends further down the line, like Greece, Turkey or rich Saudi Arabia. It will not be easy at all but Giuntoli has shown that he succeeds in (almost) everything during this hot summer.
