Anna Kalinskaya ends the season with a smile

End of the competitive season and time to take stock for Anna Kalinskaya, who finished the best year of her career. The Moscow tennis player, who will è be engaged to Jannik Sinner in early 2024, in the end-of-season ranking is ranked 14th, the third best Russian behind Daria Kasatkina and Diana Shnaider.

Anna Kalinskaya has many reasons to smile: first of all, reaching a career-best ranking, with her 11th place finish in October, and qualifying for the first two circuit finals in Dubai and Berlin, both of which she lost. He also achieved his best-ever results in the four Slam tournaments, with the highlight being a quarterfinal finish at the Australian Open.

The two main goals for the coming season are clear: to win a WTA tournament and to break into the Top 10 of the world women’s rankings. Now the Russian is enjoying her well-deserved rest at home, as evidenced by the many photos in the stories on her Instagram profile.

In a recent interview, Sinner spoke about his relationship with Anna: "I don’t think anything has changed since I am with Anna. Having a girlfriend è something that can make you feel good or make you feel bad. I want it to be something very natural, something that comes normally in my life. I can’t afford to change as a player or as a person and that hasn’t è happened: è that’s why it’s working well between us".
